Shipping Information
All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will be happy work with you..
International Orders
International orders to Canada are welcome, but must be done by emailing us. Unfortunately you can't order directly from the site. Please email us to order. Please note that shipping costs to Canada are expensive and generally start at $20 (that being the cheapest option). Please also note that prices are in US dollars and that tracking numbers are not provided. If you would like to pay extra for tracking, please do let me know. You are responsible for all customs costs. Also, please note that I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays due to customs.
Return & Refund Policy
As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected.
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
We want you to receive your Tiny Drops of Sunshine™ products in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or replace them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Tiny Drops of Sunshine™ before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been mailed. If the order has been mailed prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the customer, will remain liable for the full payment.
